Keith Barrow proudly serves as President of Harmony Lodge 140, bringing strong leadership, community commitment, and a deep passion for youth development to the organization. Under his leadership, the Lodge is focused on restoring legacy, strengthening community relationships, and creating meaningful opportunities for the next generation.
President Barrow is committed to building programs that empower youth through mentorship, cultural education, leadership development, and community engagement. His vision for Harmony Lodge 140 centers on unity, service, and creating a lasting impact throughout Springfield and surrounding communities.
Through his leadership, Harmony Lodge 140 continues to expand its focus on community outreach, youth programming, cultural experiences, and partnerships that support families and inspire future leaders.

Harmony Lodge 140 is committed to strengthening our community by developing youth into confident, disciplined, and culturally grounded leaders through mentorship, education, cultural enrichment, and community-centered programming. Through service, unity, and leadership, we strive to create opportunities that empower youth and uplift families throughout Springfield and surrounding communities.

Our vision is to build a stronger future where youth are equipped to become respected leaders, positive role models, and examples of Black excellence within their communities. Harmony Lodge 140 envisions a community where culture, mentorship, leadership, and service work together to inspire confidence, purpose, and generational impact.

Harmony Lodge 140 provides mentorship opportunities designed to help youth build confidence, discipline, leadership skills, and positive decision-making habits through guidance from respected community leaders and mentors.

Our programs incorporate cultural arts, creative expression, etiquette, public speaking, performance-based learning, and leadership experiences that empower youth while celebrating culture, identity, and excellence.

Through the Shirley Mock Youth Department, we offer structured youth programming focused on character development, life skills, teamwork, education, and community involvement for youth ages 5 to 21.

Our cotillion and etiquette experiences help middle school youth develop confidence, presentation skills, respectful social engagement, formal etiquette, and leadership qualities that prepare them for future success.

Harmony Lodge 140 remains committed to serving the Springfield community through outreach initiatives, family support efforts, seasonal events, and partnerships that strengthen and uplift local families.

We provide workshops focused on communication, public speaking, personal development, teamwork, professionalism, goal setting, and real-world life preparation for youth and young adult

The Lodge hosts community-centered events including youth celebrations, cultural showcases, holiday activities, and back-to-school initiatives designed to create safe, positive, and engaging experiences for families and youth.

Harmony Lodge 140 offers a welcoming community venue space for meetings, celebrations, youth events, repasts, workshops, and community gatherings. The Lodge remains committed to providing an affordable and community centered environment that supports connection, culture, leadership, and meaningful engagement throughout Springfield and surrounding communities.
